❤︎︎ Drinking water diminishes migraines, completely cures small headaches, improves your mood (it gives you more energy) and prevents kidney stones. Always drink water after diarrhea to not get dehydrated. Overall, stay hydrated and FIX YOUR POSTURE, COMRADE!

★︎ Advice for people struggling with self destructive behavior as coping mechanisms: If you're feeling numb, you can take a very cold shower or watch the best meme playlists. If you're overwhelmed, try not to do anything in the moment - sit and wait. You'll probably struggle with this in the beginning, so focus the negative energy elsewhere: watch a violent anime scene, draw, play a violent game, etc... if these things make you worse, then don't do them; seek something else. Angry songs are very cathartic to me for some reason, so something WILL work for you. Then do a positive activity, even if it's something as simple as eating. Over time, the urge for negativity will diminish greatly. It's good to write out "negative" things that give you catharsis (that aren't self destructive), and positive things, so when the time comes, you'll know what to do. I also recommend trying out water therapy, like filling your sink with water and playing with it. See if it works too! By the way, if you're struggling with a narcotic that gives you withdrawal syndrome, I can't say much except seek medical help if you can, good luck and there's the community r/Drugs which has a lot of ex-addicts willing to help (and addicts trying to quit). So, again, good luck. Hope is a phoenix. It never truly dies.

❤︎︎ You know the Id from that Freudian theory of Id, Ego and Superego? Well, people always seem to portray it as a demon when, in reality, the Id is just about our survival instinct. It's as innocent as an animal. And it keeps people from killing themselves. Today (29/09/2020) is still September, the suicide prevention month. I have a little message: People, when trying to help, list reasons to stay alive, but they don't know how meaningless these things become when compared to greater pain. But know that you don't need a reason to be alive. Your existence doesn't need to be justified. Enjoy the little things you can and please please please please seek help. You don't even need to talk to people in real life if you're afraid: you'd be surprised by how many strangers online would be willing to help you - strangers that have even gone through similar (or the same) situation as you.

❤︎︎ ADVICE: When you're sad, don't listen to music you find sad. Listen to songs you find beautiful (I guess the jumpy ones with sad lyrics work too, if they don't depress you). The goal is to improve your mood without forcing it, and trust me, it works.

★︎ I speak Portuguese and English, and am learning French and Spanish. I'm also interested in Latin, Italian, Occitan, Greek (I was learning it but stopped ;-;), Russian, Arabic, German and Japanese. In the end, I'd just like to speak every language in the world.

❤︎︎ I love the subject of 'dreaming'. Yesternight (14/09/2020), I accidentally "discovered" that dadaism is really similar to dreams, so maybe that's why I like it so much. Look: dada is extremely symbolic and 'nonsensical'. Often, only the artist's subconcious know the piece's meaning. However, sometimes it does have a clearer meaning.

★︎ My favorite types of government are the constitutional monarchy and anarchy. I know it sounds weird! (Yeah I know anarchy is not a government, it's an ideology. Sorry)

❤︎︎ A reference in Bioshock Infinite to the movie "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" made me watch it, which, in turn, made me read Hamlet. What a experience!

❤︎︎ Theater recommendation? Le Bourgois Gentilhomme, by Moliere. There's a book version too, but PLEASE just watch the play, because, unlike Shakespeare's works that are based on dialogue, Moliere's are based on ACTION and it doesn't translate well into a book!

★ I don't know why I like dadaism so much. I guess it's the chaotic vibe it has, but surprisingly, I don't like postmodernism. I think dadaism is just fun stuff, and postmodernism tries too hard to be meaningless-but-deep. Also dada is DADA. KARAWANEKARAWANE. Btw I "met" dada because of a video talking about modern memes, comparing them to it. I really thank that channel's crew to have talked about dada and not postmodernisisisisisisissim.

❤︎ My favorite book is 100 Years of Solitude. It has a magical-realism setting, and tells the story of the Buendia family. It's an emotional rollercoaster and the top 1 Must-Read-Before-You-Die. Really important stuff.
